Mr. Lee Downey - Principal

Lee Downey

LCHS Family, I am very excited to begin the 2021-22 school year in our beautiful LCHS building. With high expectations, accountability, caring, and hard work this school year is bound to be the greatest for LCHS. We want to continue to be a leader amongst all high schools in the commonwealth. Our focus this year continues to be ONE Family! It is very important to me and the LCHS Staff to foster an environment which will build a family atmosphere for all students with everything we do. Louisa County is dear to my heart as my wife Jennifer (teacher at LCMS) and I are raising our family here. We have three beautiful children (Alexis, Connor, and Jocelyn), Alexis is entering 12th , Connor is in 10th grade at LCHS, and Jocelyn is in Fourth at Thomas Jefferson Elementary. Let’s work TOGETHER to achieve the high expectations we set for ourselves. Please feel free to contact me at any time here at LCHS as I have an open door policy, or you can call me at (540)894-5436. Thank you so much and Game On, Lions!
