Greetings #TeamLCPS Families! In partnership with the Blue Ridge Health District, we're sharing information on School Immunizations that will be offered at our Local Health Department on Thursday, July 21.
Where?: At the BRHD Mobile Health Unit next to the Louisa County Health Department (540 Industrial Dr)
Who?: For Rising 12th Graders
What?: Meningococcal Vaccine
When?: July 21 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
If you are interested in your child receiving their TDap/Meningococcal/HPV Vaccine at this event, please click here and complete the consent form by June 23rd.
- After you complete your consent forms, you will receive an email with information on how to choose an appointment time.
- A consenting adult (18+) must accompany the student to their appointment.
- Please bring insurance cards with you to the appointment.
