In what has become an annual tradition for LCHS Graduation, we are putting together a special video project that will be shown prior to the ceremony. As part of this video project, each LCHS senior family is encouraged to submit up to three (3) photos of your graduate from various ages (birth to current, your choice)!
To submit your photos, please email them to [email protected]. Please be sure to include your graduate’s full name!
The deadline to submit your three photos is Wednesday, May 6th, at 5 p.m. Please note that due to the time required by the editing process, this is a hard deadline.
We look forward to seeing photos of your graduate! Have a great day!

Dear Senior Students and Parents:
We are getting closer to LCHS Graduation 2026, an exciting time where we get to celebrate you and your hard work with your families and friends! We are so proud of each of you and we are looking forward to the big day.
As you know, the 2026 LCHS Graduation Ceremony at The Jungle will be held on Friday, May 15th at 6:30 p.m. However, if forecasts call for inclement weather, the ceremony may be moved to the Louisa County High School gymnasium. Our goal each graduation is to provide the safest, most exciting, and most memorable experience possible.
Additionally, we have a few important updates to share with you. Please read the following information carefully:
-
Our first graduation practice will be held on Wednesday, May 13th at 9 a.m. Our second graduation practice will be on Thursday, May 14th at 9:00 a.m. The 3rd and final practice will be on Friday, May 15th at 9:00 a.m. Students are to be present for the duration of each of the practices. Students will not be permitted to leave early.
-
Students will receive a total of eight (8) tickets for LCHS Graduation 2026. We are excited to be able to accommodate more guests while also ensuring each seat provides a quality viewing experience of the ceremony.
-
While we are excited to be able to provide a total of eight (8) tickets per graduate, students will continue to receive two (2) parking passes for guests to use so that we can adhere to the finite number of parking spaces on campus. -
Umbrellas are NOT allowed in the stadium.
-
The graduation will be livestreamed at www.louisalions.com the day of the event.
Again, graduation is an exciting – but hectic – time, so we appreciate your cooperation in these matters. Our graduates deserve a memorable graduation experience and your support helps us make that happen.
Congratulations once again to the LCHS Class of 2026!
Sincerely,
Rodney Redd
Principal
